Libdumbtts is currently only used by the Ivona synthesizer. Unless you want
to use Ivona, you can safely ignore it. This is not an error, just a 
warning, shouldn't
stop you from compiling.

Well, Pulse Audio support in Dispatcher is still experimental.
But this apparently happens with ALSA as well. We don't know, but the issue
is known. Basically it showed after upgrading libasound to 1.0.16 and it 
stays
through 1.0.17. Might be Speech Dispatcher's fault as well, some fixes 
have been
commited into CVS and one known issue is not fixed yet. If you are 
interested
to help, could you please test Dispatcher from latest CVS? Could you 
please try
to upgrade to latest libasound from your distribution? Let us know.
