[Sks-devel] SKS server not sending data (?)

Hi again,

It is my third post today, I hope I will not be treated as a spammer.

On the sks server log I can see that it is fetching information from
other servers:

2013-11-12 10:23:23 Requesting 2 missing keys from <ADDR_INET ...>,
starting with 0570E...
2013-11-12 10:23:23 2 keys received

But there is no information about sending new keys to other peering
servers. To confirm this I've added a key to my server but I can see it
is not propagated along the network...

What could be the problem?
