I tried several parameters like
* keys/file (7.5k, 20k, 5k)
* bdb version (5.1, 5.3)
* -n
* -cache
* pagesize / ptree_pagesize
Nothing helped.
Perhaps I'll try it one last time with a some 4.x version of bdb.
Whatever it is. Something is really broken.
