Wow !

As soon as your Java demoes work, you should consider that Java works. As
soon as your Tomcat demoes work, your should consider that Tomcat works.

So... your problem seems to be related to Cocoon (because of : at
org.apache.cocoon.servlet.CocoonServlet.service(CocoonServlet.java:1043))
and/or SDX (because of : at
fr.gouv.culture.sdx.sitemap.SuperuserAction.act(SuperuserAction.java:70)).

As Martin said, you're probably missing a jar file... but which one ? Maybe
the SDX one ?

I think that Tomcat logs (those in %TOMCAT_HOME%/logs) or SDX logs (those in
%TOMCAT_HOME%/webapps/sdx/WEB-INF/logs) should definitely give more
information on your problem.

Report everything that seems strange in your logs files.
