So... you can :

a) customize SDX in order to send OAI-PMH compliant queries to your OAI 
repositories
b) harvest them using your own strategy : see sdx/sdx/harvest.xsp.

Before doing anything, be sure that you well understand OAI-PMH queries 
and responses : http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/openarchivesprotocol.html

Of course, you can also open your SDX server to OAI-PMH harvesters. See 
for example sdx/sdx/oai.xsp and sdx/sdxtest/conf/application.xconf 
(<sdx:oai-repository> element).
