Development forum?

Hi,

I have some questions for screen development, but judging from the
archive, screen-devel has been abandoned for some time. Where is the
appropriate forum for such questions?

Actually, the first question I have isn't strictly a development
question: does anyone know why, when running under a xfce4-terminal with
backspace generating ASCII DEL (^?), hitting backspace in screen
generates an ASCII NUL (^@)?

It's particularly puzzling to me since gnome-terminal uses the same vte
widget that xfce4-terminal uses, but doesn't have this issue.
