== Description: ==
The purpose of my project is to take care of the health of the user while
using the computer by setting timers to let know the user it is time to take a
break or to stop working (currently developing this feature, it is almost
complete).
The program also takes care of the user by checking its posture, if the user
is too close to the screen, the program will ask the user to go back (will
start developing this feature soon).
Lastly, the program will show the user some recommendations about what
exercises to do while taking a break, or even why he should take a break (will
start developing this feature soon).
The program is fully developed in Java, using openjdk 11, but it can run with
version 8.
The "special" thing about my program is that it will use computer vision to
tell if the user is in a correct position while using the computer.
== Other Software Required: ==
flatlaf, Apache License 2.0, https://github.com/JFormDesigner/FlatLaf
OpenCV, Apache License 2.0, https://opencv.org/license/. This dependency will
be used in later versions, it is not used right now.
