Numerius is a virtual currency

I am planning to write a bank like software for local users on a computer, it
will try to behave like a real bank. There will be money transfers, lending
and games to earn money. This is currently being written in python3 and will
probably involve a python web framework to provide a frontend.

sqlite3 is used as backend database.
