Ah, some html interface is playing tricks on us.  The three `%2520'
occurrences in the URL above need to be simply %20: i.e., a space.  I'm
trying again below...it may just work but I'm pretty sure I pasted it
correctly

Yes, I looked for that and didn't find anything...that's not very
convincing, I realise that.
