Hello Tyler!

I'm the Savannah hacker in charge of this submission.  I can't really
figure out what the package you are submitting is about or where to
find it.  Also, we can't accept a package with a name as generic as
"test".  If this was just an experimentation of your part on the
submission of packages, please say so and I'll discard this
submission.
