I've just added the license header and LICENSE file to the repository (see
https://github.com/mario-goulart/awful/tree/dev), so I believe it now conforms
to the license-related items from this form's check list.  Those changes are
not included in the latest tarball, but they are going to be available in the
next release.

Note that awful is a Chicken extension (http://wiki.call-cc.org/eggs), so it
is intended to be installed by the chicken-install extensions manager. A
tarball is only provided as a convenience for system packages -- it's not the
main format for distributing Chicken extensions.
