I have nothing additional to say. All projects hosted on Savannah need not to
advertise open source movement and must be released under terms of free
software license.

Carlos, it's great that you decided to host your project here :) You need to
provide us skeleton tarball, it doesn't have to be doing something useful, we
only review your code from legal side of things.
