I think we should look at this as non-GNU software for now.  Granted that
it's completely related to GNU, making it an official GNU package entails more
requirements/special cases/delay.

We've done this with a couple other GNU-related things that aren't "normal"
packages.

By the way, what's the "a" in the name (Planet"a"GNU)?  Does it make sense in
Spanish or something?  It looks strange in English :).
