Hey,
It took so long to get a reply here, that I set up my own infrastructure to
develop the driver.
Meanwhile I finished the driver and it works quite fine
the sources lay here:
http://www.hs-augsburg.de/~phuewe/E-Linux/src/lcd/
-> So in theory I don't need the account here, however sharing my code here
would be great.
