Follow-up Comment #3, task #9036 (project administration):

I have not found a valid license, license notices, or any copyright notices
for your project. 

GPL version 2 license:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt

Below is a how to apply the gpl license notice and your copyrights. There are
translations at the bottom of the page:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

In the license notice, you can replace the "version 3" with "version 2".

The license notice in leeme.txt.txt is not enough.

It is best to place a file with the license notice and the copyright
information of the images that are used for your project.

You do not have to distribute the dependencies, especially when the license
notices do not comply, and it lacks the license of the project. Please, if
possible leave these out:
