(the suggested name was "OpenPGPSharp", since "OpenPGP" is the official
standard's name (also used in the "OpenPGP Alliance").

Usually, CLI bindings to external "things" (be them libraries, programs,
$anything) are named $thing-sharp.
However, I agree with using GPG-Sharp for my project (in different forms
probably: GPGSharp, GPG#, gpg-sharp, depending on the context and use).
And, *lol*, "sharp" is not an adjective here, it's just a common "naming
style" of CLI libraries ;) (-- coming from the main language name, "C#" --
c-sharp.) -- so "sharply guarded privacy" sounds funny, really ;)
