Hmm, the guy has .kdevelop files, the newlines are Unix-style, and
there's a src/planes binary for GNU/Linux. What makes you think it was
developped _primarily_ under Woe?

OK.


There are also a lot of media files besides the 3D models (2D artwork,
sound effects and background music). There's no copyright and license
information about them.


So essentially OK + non-free modeler + maybe revise the part about
being developped under MS Woe + identifying source+license of binary
media files.
