Hi Douglas,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

I've reviewed your source code and you have some issue that need to be
fixed before being approved at Savannah.

You have the license and copyright notice missing in all the files
inside of misc/ directory, please fix it.

On the other hand, please include a copy of the plain text version of
the GPL, available from http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt, into a
file named "COPYING".
