Hi Fan Zhou,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

You wrote that your project runs any platform but I've try to compile
it on GNU/Linux and didn't work. The project has some VB files that
looks like I need to compile it, this is a problem because you should
support a free operating system for your project to be hosted at
Savannah.

I'm rejecting your submission because it cannot be compiled in a free
operating system.
