Follow-up Comment #6:

You added the license notices to all the .py files fine, but you didn't add
them to the files in gui/*. If its not possible to add notices to these files,
note this in the README file. The copyright notices howto explains in more
detail. :http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html

In addition, in the zip file you uploaded, you accidently uploaded backup
copies of your files lacking notices (like gui.py~). Your going to want to
remove those files. It should be noted that some file managers such as Xfce's
default manager hide backup files by default so you might have to delete them
from the command line.
