==== Description: ====
Plogger it's a Personal Logger, based on the ideas on the Humphrey's
book [PSP]. The goal it's to record the time you spend at all the
task you do for your projects this will help you to do better planing and
estimation for future projects.

You will open, create and save your time recording log with a SQLite
file.

For each task entry in the time log you store the following data:

ID: ID of the task
Date: The date you do the task
Start: The time you start the task
Stop: The time you stop
Interruption: Sequence of interruptions during the task
Delta: Time doing the task (in minutes)
Comments: Comments for the task
Completed: True or False
Units: Completed units

You could also edit the task you can select, for each task you can
capture the following data: ID, description, process. The process is
a string that specify the process for the task, like codification,
documentation, investigation, etc.

I don't have a web page to upload the source, the source it's not
funtional. Please let me know if you want I send by email.
