Incidentally, there is no need to fix the copyright and license
notices in the history of the repository (Arch/CVS/SVN/...).

So the user can import his whole repository at Savannah (if the
project is approved, naturally), only the most recent version needs to
carry proper notices.


tizzef, maybe you can reassure Gabor Csardi about that point in your
next reply :)
