Hi,

i've updated the not yet released 0.2 version, here is a tarball of the
complete contents of my arch archive:
http://cneurocvs.rmki.kfki.hu/igraph/igraph--main--0.2--patch-53.tar.gz

I did not include copyright/license information in some files (like
tests/testsuite for example), because they are generated files. 

Also, should i include copyright notices and permission-to-copy statements in
the .xml and .xxml files for documentation? What about Makefiles, NEWS,
ChangeLog, etc. files?
