These are the source files that I put into the tarball.  I think these
are the only files that belong in the repo.

cpp.texi
Makefile
fdl.texi
fp.texi

However, I plan to commit a series of old versions for each one,
followed by the current version.

Perhaps also texinfo.tex.  I am not sure whether I should
include a copy of that, or expect people to get it elsewhere.
