Hi,

(sorry for the delay, I was away or easter then very busy)

There are 2 things to try:
- use :ssh: instead of :ext:, because I'm not sure what tortoisecvs uses for
"ext"
- use /web/fsfe instead of /cvsroot/fsfe, because fsfe doesn't have a source
repository
