Hi Boud, the two raw hooks are in the reproduce/software/shell

git-post-checkout

and git-pre-commit
<http://git.maneage.org/project.git/tree/reproduce/software/shell/git-pre-commit>.
After Metastore is build in basic.mk
<http://git.maneage.org/project.git/tree/reproduce/software/make/basic.mk#n1064>,
we edit those raw files and put them in the '.git' directory.
