Thank you.  I just looked at that.

Three of the changes are just clarifications, not changes of
substance.  I think it would help people read this to divide the list
of changes into two sublists, one for substantial changes and one for
clarifications of wording.

For the three that are substantive, it would be good to add a one-line
or two-line description of the change.
