I noticed there were a number of changes that we all agreed upon and
that RMS OK'd, but which were never installed.
I've installed the easiest of those now:
* Refer to repos by their domain name, together with an explanatory
note:
<https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/repo-criteria-discuss/2021-06/msg00054.html>
and
<https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/repo-criteria-discuss/2021-06/msg00100.html>
* github.com now fails C2 but passes C5:
<https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/repo-criteria-discuss/2021-06/msg00051.html>
* gitlab.com now fails C0 (+ downgrade to F):
<https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/repo-criteria-discuss/2021-06/msg00052.html>
* Add evaluations of sr.ht and notabug.org:
<https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/repo-criteria-discuss/2021-06/msg00053.html>
The changes to repo-criteria.html are more numerous and aren't as
clear-cut. I couldn't find a single diff that incorporated all of
those. I'll work on assembling one, but it might take me some time.
