    * Improved handling of Spectre/Meltdown mitigations for POWER8
    * Numerous Mac machine type cleanups and improvements
    * Cleanup to cpu realize/unrealize path for spapr
    * Create a place for machine-specific per-cpu information, and
      start moving some things to it
    * Assorted bugfixes
