Virtual machine using physical 1394 pci board installed on host machine

I am writing because I am evaluating the possibility of using the Qemu sw in the company, but I need to understand if it is suitable, or not, for the use we would like to make of it, which I summarize in:

-management of pci 1394 peripherals installed on host system (distribution to be chosen), from guest windows machine (on which in particular I use sw labview which communicates through the pci host board with test bench instrumentation).
It can be done?
