you should give us some facts. 
Please post: 

 suse121 # ifconfig 
 suse121 # ping <IP of Win-Guest>
 suse121 # arp -a
 suse121 # 
 
 How did you install qemu gust: NAT, host-only or briged?

 In Windows you open a DOS-box (start -> execute: cmd) , type: ipconfig
 You can copy the output by marking with the mouse, then right mouse
 click to left top corner -> copy. 

 Try fix IPs.
