You don't have to wait. We will be happy to replace the v0.7.1 version
with 0.9.0. I think the community will find that useful.

The RISC-V port is very low on reviewers. It will take a chunk of my
time to review it as I don't closely follow the Vector work. If it's
just an RFC I don't think I can dedicate that much time. I already
have a large backlog I'm trying to get through.
