This appears to be hanging somewhere inside 'make check' on
the OpenBSD tests/vm build-n-test :-(  (all the other build
hosts passed tests fine.)

I haven't investigated particularly, but I tried a kill
and rerun, and it is hanging on the second run, so I guess
not an intermittent...
