AW: PSPPP for windows

Al, everyone - just to mention again that I find it really exciting that this 
exchange is opening up the option of having ready-made Windows binaries again. 
That would be really great.

And yes, I agree with the reasoning about the Windows 10 binaries being what is 
really needed, by 90+ % of the potential users running *any* Windows version. 
If that is a consideration at all, between those two I would even focus the 
effort on the x64 version, to make it more future-proof, as x32 support seems 
to start fading away?

And a huge "thank you" to Harry for the long-time work with the existing 
Windows binaries.

Harry - I find your reasoning noble but do think that when less fortunate are 
running such old systems (as they no doubt are) they probably would not be 
updating frequently as long as the installation "works".  IOW an older build 
(your last?) is probably sufficient.

Another group are the academic students and classes who normally would have up 
to date systems be it Windows or Apple (WINE).  They would benefit from the 
latest builds and IMHO the x86 and x64 Windows builds would be entirely 
sufficient.

I will probably contact you off group in the next few days if you are 
comfortable with that.
