Hopefully you'll get an answer. I'd actually like to hear about it.
But you know that there is a Windows binary, right
(http://pspp.awardspace.com)? I believe it is cross-compiled (i.e.,
it's compiled for windows on Linux), and if so it's possible that no
one on this list actually compiles PSPP on Windows. At one point,
GSL (which is a library required by PSPP) was said to be difficult
to use on Windows.
