I figure out that I also have this problem on my windows 2003 server.
I've ran pspp with a debugger and get a lot of messages like this:
GetProcAddress(0x00400000 [PSPPIRE.EXE], "gtk_widget_device_is_shadowed")
called from "LIBGMODULE-2.0-0.DLL" at address 0x6DD019C3 and returned NULL.
Error: Not able to find the specified procedure (127).
All of the messages are related with LIBGMODULE not being able to find some
procedures. Maybe this dll is the problem. I'm attaching the full log. When you
read 'Não foi possível encontrar o procedimento especificado', it means 'not
able to find the specified procedure'.
