I pushed improvements to the tutorial so that its output is also
generated automatically at build time.

There is still a problem that the PDF tries to put more on a page
(vertically) than will fit, so some of the output hangs off the bottom
of a page. I think that the manual shouldn't implicitly or explicitly
force @psppoutput to go on a single page. I'm not sure of the best way
to do that yet.
