Hi Bruno.
Since libpoke has a public header file, it is meant to used by other
packages, right? In this case it needs shared library versioning.
Here's a patch to prepare for that. OK to push?

PS: I see there is no gnulib module to import libtool-next-version. Is
this intentional?
