ya it was a trade off one port I would not get calendar notifications, yet
the email app worked, when I dropped the duh) smtp the notifications worked,
but it was a few days before I tested the email, so isettled on a different
port where everything works super, thnkx for the heads up Chris, much
appreciated,  now to tackle the sent and trash folders and non deletions
