[Phpgroupware-users] Problem creating groups

Every thing went ok during installation. When I try to create a group I
get the following error:

Database error: Invalid SQL: SELECT * FROM phpgw_accounts WHERE
account_id=''
PostgreSQL Error: 1 (ERROR: pg_atoi: zero-length string )
