The rpm has the header.inc.php.template named header.inc.php.  This is causing 
lot
of trouble.

Rename your header.inc.php header.inc.php.template.


This is the second report of this same trouble in 2 days.  I would imagine 
there are
many other who didn't even bother to speak up.
