unless that tool is going to read CVS tags, which I doubt it will, you should
do a clean grab and run /setup/ on your existing database.  You will also
need to grab each package that you want.  First grab phpgroupware, then grab
at least setup, preferences, phpgwapi, docs, admin, and then whatever apps
you want and put them in the phpgroupware.

Also, you will want to grab the Version-0_9_14-branch tag, and get them from
http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/phpgroupware/ instead of SF.net.
Both use ViewCVS so it should work the same.
