Check your acl settings to make sure that all users can at least read
your addressbook entries. They will only see the one which are marked
as public.

The way i find the easiest to acheive this is to setup a group all users
and have all users in that group ... then assign read rights to that
group in each users acl prefs.

It seems like there are 3 issues here. The short answers answers are
yes kinda, yes and yes. The detailed answers are:

Availabilty Check:
There is the matrix view ... the rainbow colored icon on the calendar
page ... this shows availability. Unfortunately it shows by category
and event ... not user and event ... but you can see when meetings are
on. If you mouse over the event it does give the description.

Email Invites (with links):
Under preferences go into calendar prefs and tick the 'Send/Receive
updates via EMail' option on. I currently have them off ... but from
memory the email does have a link to the entry.

Acceptance Check:
If you go into an event, at the bottom it shows who the participants are
and if they have accepted/declined it or not responded.

Hope this helps

Cheers
