[Phpgroupware-users] some questions

- AddressBook: if I insert a new contact in addressbook and I don't check
private box, this contacts is invisible to other user. How can I insert a
public contact (public = all user can view this contact).

- Calendar: sometimes I set an appointment where more users will
partecipate. With outlook I use meeting request functions and I can check
the avaiability of any users and I can invite the users that I've selected.
Users receive an email with this invite, if they wants to confirm their
partecipation click on a link and automatically the system set new
appointment in the calendar. The creator of this meeting request can view
all the users that has confirmed the partecipations.
Is possible this feature with the calendar module in phpgroupware?
