What OS?

If you have Linux - I have conduits in development that you can start playing 
with
based on the Coldsync synrchonization software (coldsync.org)

If you have Windows - switch to Linux (no seriously, consider adding a small 
server
to your network to act as a pda sync server, it doesn't have to do anything 
else and
can therefor be low end hardware like a 486 or Pentium and you can use the 
Windows
hotsync program to do a network sync).  Otherwise I think you're in for a long 
wait
