[Phpgroupware-users] Multiuser email account

Hi All

I am trying to establish a method of using phpgroupware to have shared email
accounts for role functions within an office.

Specifically I have two roles that may be handled by three different people as 
well
as their own emails.

i.e. address@hidden need to be handled by fred, john and mary
and address@hidden is covered by fred, jane and alan

Ideally we would have all the named users open their phpgw accounts and have 
their
inbox alongside, or integrated with, a view of the relevant role account 
inboxes as
well.

I don't want to just forward the incoming mail to all users as this then leaves 
it
open as to who replies and who actions the email, if anyone. We need to be able 
see
that an email has been actioned with the sent email box visible as well.

Is anyone doing anything similar or have any pointers or ideas for me. All 
comments
would be welcomed.
