[paragui-users] SDL and support libs

I haven't seen this anywhere, but has anyone out there seen support libs
(along the line of glib or stdc++) for SDL?

SDL has a nice typeset, and ParaGUI uses it...

Just curious.  It's now looking like my explorations with trees, maps, and
the like may result in a C-based class library for SDL...  I've got bits
of glib-2, bits of pango and bits of my own all mixed into the thing.
Kind of fun really :)
