i'm getting a bit confused/frustrated with double buffering and bulkmode.
firstly, what exactly is the purpose of bulk mode? to blit everything to the
same surface?
my problem is that i can't get the cursor to be displayed to the screen
while running double buffering and page flips. i have been able to see the
mouse on every other flip, but only under widgets. each of the opposite
flips are a black surfaces which cause flickering. i'm getting lost in all
of this. i looked at the pgapplication code and i don't see where the
background color gets applied to the surface the first time after the
loadtheme and initscreen, but yet it still happens. in anycase, when a flip
is called, does that surface then become blank? b/c that's what it appears
to me. and if so, how can i redraw the application background...... while in
bulkmode? or should i not be in bulk mode at all? and whichever one i'm in,
how the heck to i get the cursor to be displayed?! :( hope this actually
makes sence.
