Hi,

I am using ublox lea6s and getting 2-3 m positon acc. in general. What do you mean with most "practical"? . If it is the accuracy, there was a topic about neo7p which is talking about accuracy below 1 m  in this mailing list, but im not sure i haven't one of them..

Haven't tried any of the more recent ublox, so I can't tell if they are better.
