sorry, I don't have a solution for your problem.
But did you create the log with the same paparazzi version you are trying to read it with?
Just to be sure that the I2C_ERRORS message that your aircraft sent is the same one as in messages.xml of the version you are using.

@Gautier, do you maybe know?

have a way to ignore the corrupted messages and continue decoding the others ?

This log is very important because the laptop battery finished when i am flying so i need the log inside the plane to georeference the images.
